Consumer research firm J.D. Power recently conducted its 2025 U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Study. Subaru was ranked second among Mass Market Brands in this survey. This is the 40th year J.D. Power has conducted this study. It provides a detailed analysis of the new vehicle purchase experience from the customer's perspective. It measures dealership performance based on the shopping process, product presentation, price negotiation, the finance process (including insurance), and final vehicle delivery. The feedback gathered from this survey comes from customers like you. They look at your experience, gauge your expectations, and determine whether the sales journey itself meets your needs.
This year’s study surveyed 32,616 new vehicle buyers from July to September of 2025. They surveyed customers who purchased or leased a new vehicle between March and May of 2025.
