This driveline is rated by the Environmental Protection Agency rating at 36 MPG across the board. On a full tank of gas, that can yield around a 597-mile range.  

However, it also has a dynamic side. The 2026 Subaru Crosstrek Sport Hybrid also comes with Subaru Intelligent Drive, which gives a set of drive modes for on-road performance. The dual-function X-MODE also adds traction management to the mix. Between the two settings, you can get through dirt, snow, or even mud when conditions are not as ideal.  

The 2026 Crosstrek Sport Hybrid remains a practical crossover that is designed to go anywhere you point it to. It can seat up to five people and can carry up to 50.6 cubic feet with the rear seats folded down. It is now equipped with a 12.3-in fully digital instrument cluster, offering clear, colorful readouts for quick information. In the middle is an 11.6-inch Multimedia Plus infotainment touchscreen that serves as a hub for connectivity, smartphone integration, entertainment, and several key vehicle functions.
