Meet our Team

Ryon Walters is a third-generation Nevadan with over 23 years of experience leading automotive teams, with a strong focus on customer relationships and community connection. As General Manager of Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City, he is committed to creating a welcoming, transparent environment for customers throughout Northern Nevada, including Reno, Carson City, and the Lake Tahoe region.

Ryon believes the dealership experience should feel personal, supportive, and centered around the Northern Nevada lifestyle—whether that means helping families find the right vehicle for mountain adventures or staying connected to the local community. A graduate of Reno High School and the University of Nevada, Reno, where he played collegiate baseball, he brings a team-first mindset and deep local pride to his role.

He is happily married with four children and truly enjoys being back home in Northern Nevada. In his free time, he loves skiing, spending time at Lake Tahoe, and making the most of the outdoors with his family.

Steve | Fixed Operations Director

Steve is the Fixed Operations Director for Michael Hohl Automotive, overseeing service and parts operations for Michael Hohl Honda, Michael Hohl Subaru and the group’s General Motors dealership. He brings more than 40 years of automotive service and fixed operations experience to his role and has been part of the Michael Hohl Automotive team for more than 12 years.

Steve began his automotive career as a Service Advisor, spending seven years working directly with customers before being promoted into service management. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide variety of automotive brands and built extensive experience in service operations, leadership and dealership development.

Before joining Michael Hohl Automotive, Steve also owned and operated a fixed operations consulting firm, working with dealerships to strengthen their service and parts departments. After joining Michael Hohl, he initially took responsibility for the Honda store and just one month later added Subaru to his responsibilities. Today, he oversees fixed operations across all three Michael Hohl dealerships.

Steve has also played an important role in the growth of Michael Hohl Subaru. He was closely involved with the expansion of the Subaru facility, contributing to everything from construction and service department design to decisions involving service bays, technicians and the needs of a growing operation.

Throughout his career, team building has remained one of Steve’s greatest strengths and one of the parts of leadership he values most. After more than four decades in the automotive industry, he enjoys seeing people grow in their careers and takes pride in the legacy he continues to help build at Michael Hohl Automotive.

Originally from Southern California, Steve moved to Northern Nevada in 2004. Long before his automotive career, he played college baseball as both a shortstop and pitcher. He remains an enthusiastic sports fan, and golf is one of his biggest passions.

Steve is married and has six children, eight grandchildren and a cat named Ted, who presumably has no interest whatsoever in fixed operations.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, I moved to Northern Nevada in 2004 and began my career with Michael Hohl Automotive as a salesperson at our GM dealership in Carson City.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work throughout the Michael Hohl Automotive group in nearly every aspect of the business, from sales and finance to dealership management. That experience has given me extensive knowledge of both domestic and import vehicles, as well as the Northern Nevada automotive market.

Today, I serve as Used Car Director for Michael Hohl Honda and Michael Hohl Subaru in Carson City, helping oversee our pre-owned vehicle inventory and ensuring our customers have a great selection of quality used cars, trucks, and SUVs.

Corina leads Business Development and Internet Sales for Michael Hohl Subaru and Michael Hohl Automotive in Carson City, Nevada, supporting customers across Reno, Sparks, and Northern Nevada. With over 20 years in the automotive industry, she specializes in lead strategy, online customer experience, and creating a straightforward, no pressure car buying process.

She holds a degree in Psychology and applies that background to better understand how customers research, communicate, and make decisions throughout the buying process. Combined with industry experience and digital certifications, her focus is making the experience clear, efficient, and respectful of each customer’s time from the first search to the showroom.

Nick | Subaru Desk Manager

Nick is a Desk Manager at Michael Hohl Subaru and has spent his entire 20 year automotive career with the dealership. Over those two decades, he has had the opportunity to watch Michael Hohl Subaru grow from a dealership selling around 40 vehicles per month to roughly three times that volume today.

A true car enthusiast, Nick enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for Subaru vehicles and the brand. His automotive interests extend beyond the dealership as well, with a particular appreciation for classic General Motors cars.

During his career with Michael Hohl Subaru, Nick has earned recognition as both a Top Peak Performer and Master Peak Performer with Subaru of America. His years of experience, product knowledge and familiarity with the local market allow him to bring a seasoned perspective to both the sales team and the customers he works with every day.

As a second generation Carson City native, Nick has strong roots in the community and has enjoyed building his automotive career in the same area he has always called home.

When he is away from the dealership, Nick enjoys skiing, fishing and boating. Most of all, he values spending time with family and friends, along with his two dogs, Cliff and Bentley.

Originally born and raised in Peru, I moved to the United States in 2005 and began my career in the automotive industry in 2006. With nearly 20 years of automotive experience, I’m proud to be part of the Michael Hohl Automotive team in Carson City and serve customers throughout Northern Nevada.

I enjoy working with people, being part of a strong dealership team, and using my years of experience to help create a positive and welcoming experience for our customers.

Outside of the dealership, I enjoy the Northern Nevada mountain lifestyle, spending time outdoors, and playing golf. Living and working near Carson City, Reno, and Lake Tahoe gives me plenty of opportunities to enjoy all three.

Ian | F&I Director

Ian serves as the F&I Director for both Michael Hohl Honda and Michael Hohl Subaru. He has 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 14 years in F&I, and has been part of the Michael Hohl Automotive team for eight years. Before beginning his automotive career, Ian worked as a restaurant General Manager, where he developed a strong background in customer service, leadership and team development.

His favorite part of the job is interacting with customers and helping make their vehicle purchase experience a positive one. As a leader, Ian also enjoys building strong teams and seeing the results of that work. Watching members of his team grow, thrive and succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of his role.

Originally from California, Ian relocated to Northern Nevada eight years ago and has made the area home.

Outside of the dealership, Ian enjoys golfing and snowboarding. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys just about anything involving competition or athletics. Most importantly, he is the proud father of two children.

Parker | F&I Manager

Parker has been a valued member of the Michael Hohl Automotive team for nine years and has spent his entire automotive career with the company. As an F&I Manager, he enjoys helping customers navigate one of the largest purchases they make and finding solutions that work within their individual budgets while helping protect their investment.

One of Parker’s favorite parts of his job is the challenge of putting all the numbers together and finding the right solution for each customer. He takes pride in making the financing and vehicle protection process easy to understand and helping customers feel confident about their purchase.

Parker is a three time Subaru Summit Peak Performer, earning the recognition for three consecutive years. It is an accomplishment that reflects his experience, consistency and commitment to his customers.

Originally from Montana, Parker moved to Northern Nevada 15 years ago. He appreciates working for a locally owned, family operated automotive group and values the connection a local business has with the community and the people it serves.

Outside of the dealership, Parker enjoys skiing, running and participating in local races. He also enjoys hiking with his sons. Parker is happily married, has two children and one dog.

Mark | Subaru Floor Manager

Mark is the Floor Manager at Michael Hohl Subaru and brings 27 years of automotive experience to the dealership. During his career, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including General Sales Manager, Desk Manager and roles in automotive finance. He has been part of the Michael Hohl Automotive team for five years.

In his current role, Mark works closely with the Subaru sales team while also assisting customers throughout the vehicle buying process. He enjoys the hands on nature of the job, working directly with people and helping create a positive experience from the moment a customer walks into the dealership.

With experience across several areas of the automotive business, Mark brings a well rounded perspective to the sales floor. He is also a genuine car enthusiast who enjoys learning about the vehicles and staying up to date on Subaru product knowledge so he can better assist both customers and the sales team.

Born and raised in Carson City, Mark has deep roots in the Northern Nevada community and enjoys working with local customers in the area he has always called home.

Outside of Michael Hohl Subaru, Mark is a country music fan, sports enthusiast and, not surprisingly, someone who truly enjoys cars.

Madison brings more than 12 years of automotive industry experience, helping customers throughout Carson City, Reno, and Northern Nevada find the right vehicle with confidence. Her extensive background includes Delivery, Automotive Sales, Business Development Center (BDC), and Auto Finance, giving her a well-rounded understanding of every step of the car-buying process. She was also among the first fully remote automotive finance managers in the country, demonstrating her commitment to innovation and customer convenience.

As a member of the Michael Hohl Subaru team, Madison is dedicated to creating a transparent, enjoyable, and stress-free car-buying experience. Whether customers are shopping for a new Subaru, exploring used cars and certified pre-owned vehicles, or looking for Subaru financing and auto loan options, she believes every guest deserves honest communication, expert guidance, and exceptional customer service from start to finish.

Known for building lasting relationships, Madison takes pride in helping drivers across Carson City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding Northern Nevada communities find the vehicle that best fits their lifestyle and budget. Her goal is to make every dealership visit informative, comfortable, and rewarding.

Outside the dealership, Madison enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing trivia and board games, solving puzzles, and making the most of every adventure together.

Steve | Subaru Parts Manager

Steve is the Parts Manager at Michael Hohl Subaru and brings more than 25 years of automotive industry experience to the dealership. He has been part of the Michael Hohl Automotive team for six years, using his extensive experience to keep the Subaru Parts Department organized, efficient and ready to support both customers and the service team.

A numbers guy at heart, Steve enjoys the operational side of managing a busy automotive parts department. From tracking inventory coming in and going out to anticipating what needs to be available, he appreciates the challenge of keeping all the pieces working together.

Organization is one of Steve’s strengths, both professionally and personally. He takes pride in running a structured department where his team has the tools, inventory and processes they need to do their jobs effectively. For Steve, the payoff is seeing everything work as it should, allowing his staff to move efficiently and provide customers and technicians with the right Subaru parts in a timely manner.

With more than two decades in the automotive industry, Steve still enjoys the problem solving that comes with the job. Whether it involves inventory, logistics or finding a solution to an unexpected challenge, he appreciates anything that gives him a puzzle to solve.

Christina | Subaru Service Manager

Christina is the Service Manager at Michael Hohl Subaru and brings 23 years of automotive experience to her role. She has been with Michael Hohl Automotive for seven years and has built a career around customer service, problem solving and creating a strong team environment.

Before being promoted to Service Manager, Christina earned the distinction of Subaru Senior Master Service Advisor. Her years of experience working directly with Subaru customers give her a valuable perspective as a manager and a strong understanding of what it takes to create a positive service experience.

Problem solving is one of Christina’s strengths and something she genuinely enjoys about the automotive business. She likes working through challenges, finding solutions and building a team where people support each other and work toward the same goal.

Originally from the Bay Area, Christina moved to Northern Nevada 10 years ago and now considers the area home.

Outside of Michael Hohl Subaru, Christina loves spending time with her four children and her two Corgis. She is an avid reader, enjoys crocheting and caring for her house plants, and considers time at the gym one of her favorite ways to decompress and recharge.

With 34 years of experience with Subaru, I’ve had the opportunity to watch the brand, the vehicles, and generations of Subaru owners evolve over the years. I’m also fully trained on two additional automotive brands, giving me a broad understanding of vehicle service and the automotive industry.

I’m proud to be part of the Michael Hohl Subaru team in Carson City and bring decades of Subaru knowledge and hands-on experience to the customers I help. After more than three decades with the brand, I understand the importance of proper maintenance, quality repairs, and taking care of the people who trust us with their vehicles.

Automotive is also a family affair for me. I’m married with two children and four grandchildren, and my son is a technician here at the dealership as well.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing golf, working on projects around the house, and riding dirt bikes with my son and grandson. After 34 years with Subaru, I still enjoy what I do and take pride in helping keep Subaru vehicles throughout Carson City and Northern Nevada running their best.

I’ve been proud to call Michael Hohl Subaru home since 2022 and enjoy serving our customers as part of the Service BDC team. My goal is to make every service experience as easy, friendly, and comfortable as possible, from scheduling your appointment through your visit with our Subaru service team.

Outside of work, I’m a proud military spouse and mom to five amazing kids. When I’m not keeping up with family life, you can usually find me training for a half marathon, hitting the gym, or planning our next travel adventure.
